By accessing or using SunVitD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to users worldwide including the EU, UK, US, and Canada.

SunVitD provides personalized UV exposure tracking and vitamin D production estimates based on your location, skin type, and environmental conditions. The Service is intended for informational and wellness purposes only.

All content, branding, algorithms, and design within SunVitD are the property of AWMB Sp. z o.o. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party UV/AQI data, specific vitamin D outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under EU, UK, US, or Canadian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWMB Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including sunburn, vitamin D deficiency, or reliance on our estimates for medical decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
EU/UK consumers: nothing here limits your statutory rights or our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.
EU users:
Governed by Polish law. EU consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Disputes may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
UK users:
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumer protection laws apply.
US users:
Governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except claims in small claims court.
Canadian users:
Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Material changes notified by email with at least 14 days notice (30 days for EU/UK). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
